If you suspect your item has been misdelivered or lost, please put in a claim with USPS before contacting us. We will not assist you with lost or delayed packaged without a claim number.

Exchanges can be made if requested by email within 3 days of item(s) receipt. Inventory willing. Customers must pay for the return postage.
If we are at fault, we will pay for return postage.
Any signs of wear (Anything other than trying on the product) or damage that is not at the fault of TJO FASHION, LLC will lead to exchange being denied.
